This is just that opening verse riff to velorium camper I... I don't think anyone here has really got a good tab for it or most of the song up, and while this isn't perfect it sounds pretty close and this intro riff is too cool to screw up...
~ = PINCH HARMONIC, the 454 in parentheses is all one pinch harmonic... to do a pinch harmonic, simply let your thumb gently touch the string directly after hitting the note and you will get that squeal sound.
periods under notes = palm muting of course, if you don't know how to do this you shouldn't be attempting the song
